Hearing Aid Return Policy: We dispense hearing aid technology from the leading manufacturers in the industry. There is a 60-day trial period for each hearing aid purchased. If you are not satisfied during this time, you may return your hearing aid for a refund, or apply your payments towards the purchase of a different hearing aid. You will work closely with our audiologists during the 60-day trial period to be sure your hearing aid is a benefit to you.
Hearing Aid Warranty: All new hearing aids have a manufacturer repair, and loss & damage, warranty that ranges from 1-3 years. In-office service & appointments are free for the lifetime of the device purchased in our clinic.
