Tinnitus

Tinnitus

Tinnitus is frequently described as a ringing, buzzing, or hissing sensation that is heard by an individual without the presence of an external sound source.  It is a very common problem and affects about 1 in 5 people.  Tinnitus is generally a symptom of an underlying condition, most often hearing loss, ear injury, or a circulatory disorder.1 If you are experiencing tinnitus that is affecting your daily life, please do not hesitate to schedule an appointment for a hearing test.  One of our trained audiologists will evaluate your hearing status and discuss options that can help you to cope with your tinnitus.
